APC Building Surveyor

M2 Partnership has been instructed by one of the WORLD’S most respected multi-disciplinary consultancies to source an Assistant or Graduate Building Surveyor to be based in the heart of the big smoke.

The Role

You will be given a fantastic opportunity to work across all areas of Building Surveying including Design and Contract Administration with a value of up to £2m, Project Management, Specification Writing, Dilapidations. You will be given full support in obtaining your APC and have regular meetings with your appropriate APC doctor. They boast a 90% pass ratio and have one of the best APC structures around.

The Projects

Projects can range from £100,000 to £50 million in value, working on a range of commercial projects for their private sector clients. No two projects are the same here and you will have a full team of experienced building surveyors to help assist you with some complex and compelling projects.
