M2 Partnership has been directed by one of our clients to recruit for an Associate MRICS Building Surveyor/Project Manager within their Milton Keynes team.  Are you really appreciated in your current role? Due to the continued expansion of their surveying team, they have created a new role where you will be taking on a variety of industrial refurbishments and ESG focussed projects, giving you the opportunity to work with some of the clients’ key stakeholders. These exciting projects will all based in and around the surrounding areas of Milton Keynes. They have been instructed on numerous current, new and potential impressive projects and are actively hiring now!

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be experienced, efficient and enthusiastic about running refurbishment projects up to £2 million, take ownership of instructions and delivers according to the client needs and have an interest intaking on ESG focussed projects. You must be MRICS or APAM and have 3 years PQE minimum, have experience in the industrial sector and be self-motivated whilst also enjoying a challenge.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This opportunity includes project management refurbishment projects from £50K – £2M where you will assist with looking after the largest property company on the FTSE 100 whilst being able to maintain day-to-day contact with the client. You will be required to win business from new and existing clients, build and grow a network of potential contacts and actively work towards growing the service. Other day to day duties include assisting in the development of graduates/apprentice, provide excellent client care, assist with business management of specific clients with director support and manage project budgets.
