The Company

Our client specialise within the Residential & Commercial sectors but have increased their workload by adding other sectors as well as revenues to their already successful business. Based in the heart of London our client have exceeded their yearly target in a market where a lot of their competitors have gone back.

The Role

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Rights of Light Surveyor to help grow and further establish this team. Your new role Day to day delivery of professional and technical development and surveying consultancy under direct supervision. You will be working with developers, designers and legal advisors, to assess and manage any potential complications that may arise with right to light matters.

The Projects

Projects can range from £100,000 to £40 million in value, working on a range of commercial projects for their private sector clients. No two projects are the same here and you will have a full team of experienced building surveyors to help assist you with some complex and compelling projects.
